Cut to your measurements. If the finished garment differs from the measurements you sent by more than half an inch, or 1.3 cm, on any measurement, we remake it once free. Tell us within 30 days of delivery and send a photo.

Made to order and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days. Your order arrives 15 to 20 days after you place it, dispatch included. Standard shipping is free worldwide; US orders ship duty paid, with nothing further to pay on delivery.

Returns

Standard sizes can be returned within 30 days for a refund to your original payment method. EU and UK customers have a 14 day right of withdrawal. Pieces cut to your own measurements are final sale.

Women's sizes are body measurements. Men's charts are the garment measured flat.

Shipping and returns

Standard tracked shipping is free worldwide. Express by FedEx, DHL or Aramex is offered at checkout. Orders to the United States arrive with duties paid; elsewhere duties may be collected on delivery.

Standard sizes can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. Made-to-measure pieces are final sale, with one free remake if the fit is off by more than half an inch.
