The fit is wrong. What now?
If the finished garment differs from the measurements you sent by more than half an inch, or 1.3 cm, on any measurement, we remake it once free. Tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. You return the garment and cover that shipping.
Wrong item, or damaged on arrival
Tell us within 7 days with a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping both ways.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order, before cutting starts.
Alteration Policy
Alteration & Custom Policy
You can send us your body measurements or ask for simple changes before we cut: a shorter or longer length, a different sleeve length, or a looser or closer fit. These cost nothing extra. For bigger changes, such as a new neckline or a design made from a picture, please place a custom order.
We will wait for your measurements for up to 24 hours after you place your order. If we don't receive them within that time, we will proceed with processing your order as listed.
