The fit is wrong. What now?
If the finished garment differs from the measurements you sent by more than half an inch, or 1.3 cm, on any measurement, we remake it once free. Tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo. You return the garment and cover that shipping.
Wrong item, or damaged on arrival
Tell us within 7 days with a photo. We replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping both ways.
Can I cancel?
Yes, within 24 hours of placing the order, before cutting starts.
Alteration Policy
Alteration & Custom Policy
You can provide us with your body measurements or any specific alteration requests, such as reducing the length, adjusting sleeve length, or modifying the fit. If you need to increase the length or have other customization needs, please place a custom order.
We will wait for your measurements for up to 24 hours after you place your order. If we don't receive them within that time, we will proceed with processing your order as listed.
