Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from pehrodesign.com. Please read them with our Shipping policy and our Returns, remakes and refunds policy, which form part of them.

1. Who you are buying from

PehroDesign is the clothing label of Hridhan Exports, 247 Vivek Vihar, New Sanganer Road, Sodala, Jaipur 302019, India. Contact: chhavi@pehrodesign.com, +91 87699 99839.

2. Prices and currency

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. If your browser shows another currency it is an approximate conversion and your bank sets the final rate. Prices exclude import duty and any tax collected by your own country. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

3. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we email you to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, and if we do we refund you in full.

4. Made to order and made to measure

Every garment is cut after you order. Where you send measurements, or ask for a change to a length, sleeve, neckline or fit, the garment is made to your specification. Please check your measurements before sending them, because we cut to the numbers you give us. We hold an order 24 hours waiting for measurements, then make it in the size listed.

Made to measure and customised pieces cannot be returned. Our free remake applies if the finished garment is more than half an inch from the measurements you sent.

5. Fabric, colour and natural variation

Linen is a natural fibre. Slub, weave and shade vary slightly between bolts, and screens render colour differently. Small variation is a property of the cloth, not a fault.

6. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have as a consumer under the law of your own country.

7. Our liability

Our liability for any garment is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays outside our reasonable control, including customs, courier disruption and weather.

8. Intellectual property

The photographs, designs, patterns and text on this site belong to us. Please do not copy them for commercial use.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of competent jurisdiction in India have jurisdiction. This does not remove any protection you have under the consumer law of the country you live in.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the version that applies to your order.
