Terms of Service

Welcome to PehroDesign (pehrodesign.com), operated by Hridhan Exports, Jaipur, India. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.

Made to order

Every garment is cut and stitched after you order it. Nothing is picked off a shelf. Production and delivery timelines are described in our Shipping Policy.

Measurements and alterations

You may send us your body measurements or alteration requests (shorter length, adjusted sleeves, a different fit) after placing your order. We hold your order for 24 hours to receive them. If we do not hear from you within 24 hours, we make the garment in the standard size you selected. Larger design changes should be placed as a custom order instead.

Colors and small variations

Product photos are taken in studio conditions, and screens differ. Small variations in shade between the photo and the delivered garment are normal for natural fabrics and are not defects. Each piece is finished by hand, so minor differences between pieces are part of the product, not a fault.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may be shown in your local currency at current exchange rates. Payment is collected securely at checkout through our payment providers. We never see or store your card details.

Returns, remakes and refunds

These are covered fully in our Refund Policy. In short: made to measure pieces are final sale, we remake a piece free once if we missed your measurements, and wrong or damaged items are replaced or refunded in full.

Customs and import duties

Import duties and taxes charged by your country are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Intellectual property

All photographs, designs and text on this site belong to PehroDesign. Please do not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law in your country grants you and that cannot be waived.
