Shipping policy

Every piece is made to order in our unit in India and shipped worldwide with tracking.

1. Production time

Your garment is cut and stitched after you place your order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. If you are sending measurements for a made to measure fit, production starts when your measurements reach us, so sending them quickly keeps your order on schedule. We hold an order for up to 24 hours waiting for measurements, then make it in the size listed.

2. Delivery time

  • Standard, tracked: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on your country.
  • Express, FedEx, DHL or Aramex: available at checkout for an additional charge.

Delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from the day you order. Add production time for the full picture.

3. Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free worldwide on orders over $150. Below that it is calculated at checkout by destination and weight, before you pay. Express is always charged separately.

4. Customs and import duty

United States: we ship to you DDP, delivered duty paid. Import duty and tariffs are covered by us at the time of shipping, and there is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives.

Everywhere else: import duties and taxes are set and collected by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in our prices or our shipping charges. If you are unsure what applies where you live, check with your local customs office before ordering, or ask us and we will tell you what we have seen shipping to your country.

5. Tracking

Every order ships with end to end tracking. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

6. Your address

Please check your delivery address before you pay. We ship to the address given at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we reship once you cover the new postage.

7. Delayed or lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, write to us and we open a case with the courier. Parcels confirmed lost in transit are remade or refunded in full, your choice.
