Shipping Policy

Every PehroDesign piece is made to order in our Jaipur workshop and shipped worldwide with full tracking.

Production time

Your garment is cut and stitched after you place your order. Production takes 2 to 5 business days. If you are sending measurements for a made to measure fit, production starts once we receive them, so sending them promptly keeps your order on schedule.

Delivery time

Standard international delivery takes 10 to 20 business days after dispatch, depending on your country. Express courier delivery via FedEx, DHL or Aramex is available at checkout for an additional charge.

Tracking

Every order ships with end to end tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your parcel is dispatched, and you can follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Customs and import duties

Import duties and taxes are set and collected by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges. If you are unsure what applies where you live, please check with your local customs office before ordering, or ask us and we will share what we know from shipping to your country.
