Returns & Remakes

Every piece we make is cut and stitched for one person, after that person orders it. That shapes this policy, so please read it before you buy.

Made-to-measure orders cannot be returned

If you send us your measurements, or ask us to change a length, a sleeve or a fit, that garment exists only for you and we cannot resell it. It is final sale.

If the fit is off, we will remake it once, free

If the finished garment differs from the measurements you gave us by more than half an inch (1.3 cm) on any measurement, tell us within 30 days of delivery and send us a photo. We will cut it again at no cost to you, with no restocking fee. Return shipping to our workshop is yours to cover.

If you simply do not love it

That is a different thing, and we will still do something. Send it back to us unworn and unwashed within 30 days, with return shipping covered by you, and we will issue 50% of what you paid as store credit. A made-to-measure piece cannot be resold to anyone else, which is why it is half and not all.

If we sent the wrong item, or it arrived damaged

Tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full, and we cover the shipping. This is our mistake, not yours.

Not sure of your size?

Message the workshop on WhatsApp before you order. We would rather spend ten minutes getting your measurements right than remake a dress you waited three weeks for. This is the whole point of made to order, and it costs you nothing.
