This explains what we collect when you buy from pehrodesign.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

PehroDesign, the clothing label of Hridhan Exports, 247 Vivek Vihar, New Sanganer Road, Sodala, Jaipur 302019, India. For anything on this page write to chhavi@pehrodesign.com.

2. What we collect

  • Order details: your name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number, and what you bought.
  • Payment details: handled by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
  • Body measurements, when you send them for a made to measure fit. We use them to cut your garment and to check a remake claim, nothing else. We never publish them and never pass them to advertisers.
  • Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp.
  • Site usage: pages viewed and device information, through cookies.

3. Why we use it

  • To make and deliver your order, and to answer you. This is performance of our contract with you.
  • To meet tax and accounting law in India. This is a legal obligation.
  • To send you email about new pieces, only if you asked for it. This is consent, and every email carries an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the shop working and to prevent fraud. This is our legitimate interest.

4. Who we share it with

  • Shopify, which hosts this shop and processes orders
  • Our payment providers, to take payment
  • Couriers, including FedEx, DHL and Aramex, to deliver to you
  • Our review app, if you choose to leave a review
  • Our accountants, and the authorities where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal data, and we never have.

5. Where your data goes

We operate from India and our providers operate elsewhere, so your data is transferred internationally. We use only providers who commit to protecting it.

6. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 8 years to meet tax and accounting law. Measurements are kept for 2 years so a repeat order can be cut to the same fit, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.

7. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to chhavi@pehrodesign.com and we reply within 30 days.

If you are in the EU or the UK you also have the right to data portability, the right to object to processing, and the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

8. Cookies

This shop uses cookies to keep your cart, remember your language and currency, and understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, though the cart will stop working properly if you do.

9. Children

This shop is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy we update this page and change the date below.
