PehroDesign (a brand of Hridhan Exports, Jaipur, India) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you shop at pehrodesign.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Order details: your name, shipping address, email and phone number, and the items you buy.
Measurements: if you order made to measure, the body measurements you share with us. We use them only to make your garment.
Messages: anything you send us by email, WhatsApp or the contact form, so we can help you.
Browsing data: pages visited and searches on our store, collected through cookies, to improve the shop.

How we use it

We use your information to make and deliver your order, answer your questions, process returns and remakes, and improve our store. If you join our mailing list we will send occasional emails, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the services that make your order possible: Shopify (our store platform), our payment providers (such as PayPal and Razorpay; we never see or store your card details), and shipping carriers. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Cookies

Cookies are small files that keep your cart between visits and speed up checkout. They do not store passwords or card details. You can block cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may not work as smoothly.

Your rights
