RingDesire policies
How orders from the jewellery store are made, shipped and returned. The clothing store has its own policies.
Shipping and delivery
Every piece is made to order in our studio in India and dispatched within 2 to 5 business days, with tracking.
Standard tracked shipping is free to most countries (a flat rate applies in a few countries and is shown at checkout) and your order arrives 15 to 20 days after you place it, dispatch included. Express by FedEx, DHL or Aramex can be chosen at checkout. Orders to the United States arrive with duties paid; elsewhere duties may be collected on delivery.
Customs and duties
Orders to the United States arrive with all duties covered: no customs charges, no hidden fees, delivered to your door.
Outside the US, import duties or taxes may be collected on delivery. Message us before ordering if you would like to confirm how these are handled for your country. We cannot be held responsible for customs delays.
Returns and exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 21 days of delivery. Pieces must come back unworn and in their original condition, in their box.
The buyer covers the return postage. Once the piece reaches us we send the exchange or process the refund.
Cancellations
An order can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After that the piece is already on the bench and cannot be cancelled.
Ring sizes and custom orders
Rings are made to order in quarter sizes from US 3. Each ring lists the sizes it comes in, up to US 10, 11, 12 or 13 depending on the style. Not sure of yours? Read the ring size guide, or send your finger measurement in millimetres with the order.
Custom orders, matching sets and gift notes are welcome: message us before ordering and we will tell you what is possible. Gift wrapping is available on request.
Materials and care
Carved glass intaglio set in 18K gold vermeil over brass, with a tarnish resistant, nickel free finish that is gentle on sensitive skin. Some pieces are 925 sterling silver; every product page lists its materials.
Keep pieces away from water, perfume and lotion, store them in their padded box, and wipe them with a soft dry cloth. Full guide: jewellery care.
