Yes. PehroDesign is a real made to order linen label, run from our own unit in India by Chhavi, who started it in 2018, and it is the clothing label of Hridhan Exports. Below are the facts you can check yourself: who we are, where we are, how orders ship and what we do if something is wrong.

Who is behind PehroDesign?
Chhavi started PehroDesign in 2018. She trained in textile design at Polytechnic College, Delhi, and still chooses every cloth herself. Where are you based?
Our address is 247 Vivek Vihar, New Sanganer Road, Sodala, Jaipur 302019, India. Your garment is cut, stitched, checked and packed in our own unit: one person cuts the cloth, another stitches it, another finishes it, and it goes for a final check before it is pressed, packed and shipped. How long have you been selling?
We began on Etsy in 2018. Our about page records more than 4,500 orders sent to customers across the US, Europe and beyond, with a 4.8 star rating from over 1,500 reviews on Etsy. You can also read customer reviews collected on this site on our reviews page.
How do orders ship, and can I track them?
Production takes 2 to 5 business days, because each piece is cut and stitched after you order. Standard tracked delivery then takes 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. The tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us, and you can follow it on our order tracking page. Express delivery by FedEx, DHL or Aramex is available at checkout for an extra charge.
Who pays import duty?
For the United States, we ship delivered duty paid: import duty and tariffs are covered by us, and there is nothing further to pay when your parcel arrives. For other countries, duties and taxes are set by your own country and are the buyer's responsibility. Our shipping policy has the details.
What if it does not fit?
If you sent measurements and the finished garment differs from them by more than half an inch (1.3 cm) on any single measurement, tell us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we remake it once, free. Standard sizes can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed, for a refund of the garment price. Made to measure and customised pieces are final sale. Is paying safe?
Payments are handled by our payment providers at checkout. We never see or store your full card number. Our privacy policy says what we collect and why.
How do I reach a real person?

What happens after I place an order?
We cut and stitch your piece, and if you are sending measurements we make it to those numbers. If we need to check anything with you, we write to you by email or WhatsApp. When the parcel is dispatched, you receive a shipment email with the courier, the courier's website and a tracking number. If you do not receive shipment details, contact us and we will find out why.
Why does my receipt say Hridhan Exports?
PehroDesign is the clothing label of Hridhan Exports, the company behind it since 2001. That is the name you will see on our terms and on your payment, and it is why some of our documents carry that name. It is the same business that answers your emails and makes your garment.
Is this the same as the PehroDesign shop on Etsy?
Yes. We began on Etsy in 2018, and our Etsy shop is the same label. The website lets us offer made to measure fit, our own size guide and direct support.
What can a website not tell you?
A website cannot prove the quality of the cloth in your hands. That is why we put numbers in writing: a remake if the fit is more than half an inch off the measurements you sent, a 30 day return window on standard sizes, and a full refund or replacement if the wrong item or a damaged one arrives.
