Linen clothing from PehroDesign ships from India to the United States delivered duty paid (DDP), which means import duty and tariffs are covered by us and there is nothing further to pay when the parcel arrives. Expect 2 to 5 business days to make the garment, then 10 to 20 business days of tracked delivery after dispatch.

What does delivered duty paid mean?
Normally, when a parcel crosses a border, the buyer can be asked to pay import duty or a handling fee at the door. Delivered duty paid reverses that: the seller pays the duties in advance. For United States orders we cover import duty and tariffs at the time of shipping, so the price you see is what you pay.
For every other country, import duties and taxes are set and collected by that country and are the buyer's responsibility. They are not included in our prices or shipping charges. If you are unsure what applies where you live, ask us before you order.
How long will my order take in total?
There are two stages, and delivery estimates start from dispatch, not from the day you order.
- Production: 2 to 5 business days. Each garment is cut and stitched after you order it.
- Delivery: 10 to 20 business days after dispatch with standard tracked shipping, depending on your location.
Added together, that is roughly 12 to 25 business days from order to your door. If you need a piece for a date, allow a margin and order early. If you are sending measurements, do so quickly: production starts when your measurements reach us.
Is shipping free?

Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Every order ships with end to end tracking. Your tracking number is emailed the moment the parcel leaves us, and you can follow it on our order tracking page, which points to the courier's website.
Is express shipping available?
Yes. Express delivery by FedEx, DHL or Aramex is available at checkout for $24.99, and free on orders of $299 or more.
What if my tracking stops moving?
If tracking has not moved for 10 business days, write to us and we open a case with the courier. Parcels confirmed lost in transit are remade or refunded in full, your choice.
What if the address is wrong?
Please check your delivery address before you pay. We ship to the address given at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or nobody collected it, we reship once you cover the new postage.
What if I need to return something?
Standard sizes can be returned within 30 days of delivery, unworn and unwashed. You cover return shipping, and please mark the parcel clearly as returned goods so it is not held by customs. Do not post anything back before we confirm it, and follow the steps in our refund policy.
What happens when it arrives?
For US orders there is nothing further to pay at the door. Open the parcel and check the piece. If the wrong item came, or it arrived damaged, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we replace it or refund you in full. We cover the shipping both ways because that is our mistake, not yours.
Which courier will deliver my parcel?
We ship with established international couriers, including FedEx, DHL and Aramex. When your order leaves our unit, you receive a shipment email with the items shipped, the courier used, the courier's website and a tracking number.

With production of 2 to 5 business days and standard delivery of 10 to 20 business days, the total is roughly 12 to 25 business days, and we suggest allowing an extra week or two on top. If you are sending measurements, production starts when they reach us, so sending them quickly keeps your order on schedule. We hold an order for up to 24 hours waiting for measurements, then make it in the size listed. Our measuring guide helps you get the numbers right the first time, and it is worth ten minutes, because the finished fit depends on the numbers you send.
