Thank you for purchasing from us. 

If you found damaged product, or your order was of the wrong size then what you ordered, you can replace them, or we are happy to give a refund if it’s as per our norms. 

We will ensure that your replacement/refund process will be just as easy as it was to buy the product. 

Replacement or Refund will be confirmed and accepted if all the following conditions are fulfilled.

  1. If the item you ordered does not include any personalization.
  2. Custom-made products, items that have been altered in any way are not eligible for return and exchange
  3. If you notify us via email about the issue along with photographs of the item and the reason for the replacement, within 7 days of delivery.
  4. If we received the product back in an unused condition.
  5. If you received the wrong product, or if the product was faulty or in damaged condition. 
  6. For International (Outside India) replacement courier charges will be paid by the customer

Procedure for return (How do I return a product?) 

  1. Email us on ravi@hridhanexports.in with the subject “Request for replacement/refund."
  2. Explain your reason for replacing the product, and please attach photographs of your received product.
  3. Submit the completed form and wait for 24-48 hours or until you receive a response from our side.
  4. Further instructions and guidance will be provided, based on your case. 
  5. After approval from our side,  please send us back the product carefully packed to keep it safe from damage, and send it to the following address:

Do you have reverse pick-up facility? 

  • No we do not have any reverse pick-up option as of now, you will have to courier the product back to us. Return courier charges have to be borne by the customer. 

 What are the conditions? 

  • Returns can be made only within 7 days of delivery.

Will you refund the money?
